Phoenix Marketcity
Phoenix Marketcity, situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, is one of the prominent shopping complex developed by Phoenix Mills Limited. Opening its doors in January 2013, it stands as the second largest mall in the city and was ranked as the fourth largest in India as of 2018. Spanning an expansive 1,000,000 square feet, Phoenix Marketcity also includes the ultra luxury Palladium mall. Jointly developed by Phoenix Mills Limited and Crest Ventures Ltd., Phoenix Mall Chennai forms part of a larger development that initially included premium residential spaces in Phase I. Phase II introduced the luxury mall Palladium alongside additional residential areas. Entertainment options at Phoenix Mall include an 11-screen multiplex, featuring Chennai's first IMAX screen.
What they required us to do
To attract more visitors, create visual content for both physical and digital platforms. Manage the digital presence of internal stores and facilitate customer outreach through WhatsApp. Raise awareness about new promotions and events, and enhance the download rate of the recently launched app Nhance.
Strategies we executed
Consistently META and Google ads were run that targeted specifically at the Chennai audience.
Well-crafted posters by our team within the mall for promoting events and stores were included.
Customers we periodically informed about OFFERS AND DEALS via SMS updates. We also developed outlet creatives such as danglers and banners that was a true visual treat to the customers.
A Regular communication for monthly offers and event updates to existing customers via WhatsApp was practised and also the implementation of comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies to raise awareness about the app was focused on.
